Fitness isn’t just a routine for me—it’s a cornerstone of who I am. I train for challenge, for clarity, and for the climb ahead. Whether I’m running a Spartan race, climbing mountains, or pushing heavy weight in the gym, I’m chasing that edge where growth happens. I believe in showing up daily—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and using movement as a tool to sharpen the mind and build unshakable resilience. For me, fitness is less about appearance and more about power, grit, and rising stronger than the day before.

These are the principles that help guide me through all of life's cahlelneges.
