Whether I’m running a Spartan race, climbing mountains, or pushing heavy weight in the gym, I’m chasing that edge where growth happens. I believe in showing up daily—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and using movement as a tool to sharpen the mind and build unshakable resilience. For me, fitness is less about appearance and more about power, grit, and rising stronger than the day before.
